Ashlee Hamilton

I help busy Black professionals develop sustainable habits in nutrition, movement, and sleep so they can focus on living their best lives.

And I don’t just tell them what to do. Instead, I help them find their own answers through every step of the process, as each of our bodies is unique and special. Plus, I’m certified by Precision Nutrition, which is one of the most respected nutrition coaching organizations in the world.

In addition to being the founder and lead coach of All 3 for Health™, I am an attorney, entrepreneur, and taco-enthusiast from Los Angeles, California. Inspired by the serial-diet culture in which I grew up, I started All 3 for Health™ because health coaching tends to be too narrowly focused on either personal training or fad diets.

My passion for a well-rounded health program that emphasizes all three components to physical health (nutrition, movement, and sleep) as opposed to just one or two is what makes All 3 for Health™ unparalleled.

I am currently also certified in both Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

 
 
 

Who is All 3 for Health For?

All 3 for Health™ is for the young professional who works hard, but struggles to maintain their physical health. It’s for those who get excited and motivated about their weight loss goals, but never truly achieve them.

It’s for the person who has tried everything to get their body where they want it to be, but nothing has worked. All 3 for Health™ is for the person who succeeds at fad diets, but struggles to sustain their progress.

It’s for those who want to be healthy, but they don’t know where to start. It’s for busy professionals who work so much that they don’t have time to be healthy. All 3 for Health™ is for the person who knows how to eat healthy, but doesn’t really like vegetables.

Many health enthusiasts emphasize the importance of nutrition, movement, or both. But few talk about the role of sleep in maintaining your physical health.

While adequate movement and appropriate nutrition are definitely essential for physical health, these two can only do so much without proper sleep. Sleep is the most underrated component of physical health. Yet, sleep impacts the effectiveness of both nutrition and exercise.

To achieve and maintain optimum physical health, you need sustainable habits in all three areas—nutrition, movement, and sleep. We believe that any worthwhile program to improve health needs to focus on all three: nutrition, movement, and sleep.

The All 3 Method™ is a progressive, habit-based program that prioritizes sustainability rather than fast results. While every client is unique and may require different strategies, all humans are capable of implementing habits that positively impact their health. Whether it’s nutrition, movement, or sleep, the key to achieving the best results is to develop effective habits in each area.
